All orders shipped Third Day, Second Day, Next Day Air will be billed for dimensional weight by UPS.

Larger parts, such as wing tips and nose bowls, are very expensive to ship air freight.

For instance a 36 X 14 X 14 box that weighs 10 lbs if shipped air via UPS will be billed as a 37 lb shipment, + 30 lbs oversize 1.

Truck Shipments

Some parts are too large to be shipped via UPS or Federal Express, these orders can be shipped by commercial carrier.  These orders will have to be crated.

Damage During Shipping

We do our best to ship these parts so that no damage will occur, however, with the size and shape it some times happens.  If you should receive a part that is damaged in shipping, please contact the carrier, then us. The carrier will have to come to your location to inspect the damage for insurance purposes. The box and the packing materials must be kept with the damaged parts in order for the carrier to honor any claims.   We insure all packages unless otherwise requested.
